'Be lucky' seems the only solution. Sometimes you're hit, sometimes you're not. Although one time a flood was limited to the inmates, but that was the only occasion in my time here.

Well, I believe it's more to do with intrademensional 'weather' more than anything, which certainly would fall into that particular 'random chance' idea, after all, weather is a delicate system to calculate, at the best of times.
